You may return or exchange any unused and undamaged item within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

You will receive an email with your return label.
Download and print the return label.
Pack the order carefully and attach the return label visibly to the parcel.
Drop off the ready-to-ship parcel at the nearest parcel point.
Once we received your returned item(s) in our warehouse, we'll process it within 10 working days. We'll keep you updated via email throughout the return process.
