Lifetime warranty
We believe that our customers deserve the very best, and that's why we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our jewelry.

If you ever notice your jewelry piece tarnishing or fading, or if it accidentally breaks, simply email a photo of the piece to info@empowrd.shop along with your order number, and we will process a replacement item with no further questions asked.

*Our Lifetime Warranty only covers manufacturing defects and damage that is not caused by external factors. This means that we cannot cover loss, theft or damage caused by a third-party. Additionally, in order to be eligible for our warranty, you must provide a photo of the defective item. Failure to provide a photo will void the warranty.

Can my pieces get wet?
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality materials, including 316L stainless steel and 18k gold plating, which not only makes them water-resistant but also sweat and heat-resistant. Like all other precious metals, to maintain for a longer lifespan, we recommend you to dry your item as soon as possible using a towel after getting wet.

What if I have a sensitive skin?
We understand that skin sensitivities can be a concern for many people, which is why we also make sure that our jewelry is hypoallergenic. You don’t have to worry about developing a green skin.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with track and trace.

How do I make a return?
Before initiating a return, make sure to read our return policy to ensure that your item is eligible for return and to familiarize yourself with the process.
Our return policy allows you to initiate the process within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply follow the steps.

Send an email to info@empowrd.shop
Make sure to include following details:

  • Order number
  • The pieces you want to return or exchange
  • (If you want an exchange: which replacement you want)
  • You will receive an email with your return label.
  • Download and print the return label.
  • Pack the order carefully and attach the return label visibly to the parcel.
  • Drop off the ready-to-ship parcel at the nearest parcel point.

Once we received your returned item(s) in our warehouse, we'll process it within 10 working days. We'll keep you updated via email throughout the return process.

What is your return policy?
At Empowrd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
You may return or exchange any unused and undamaged item within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipment.
